Project overview

How this project was approached.

The context and problem this project set out to address.

Panjab Boulevard creates in-depth Panjabi-language podcasts on philosophy, history, money, technology and culture. The brand describes itself as the world's first dedicated Panjabi podcast platform, offering deep dives into philosophy, geopolitics, history, art and pop culture in the listener's mother tongue. Alongside the Panjab BLVD mobile app, we designed and developed the brand's web platform. The website introduces the brand, presents all sixteen shows organized by category, lists the newest episodes with in-page playback, and promotes premium membership, which gives early access to new Original episodes. It also invites creators to submit their own Panjabi shows, links directly to the App Store and Google Play, and includes account features such as sign-in and account deletion. Together, the website and app form one connected platform for Punjabi listeners worldwide.

7 moves

Solution direction

How the build is shaped to meet them.

  • 01We organized shows into categories: Originals, History, Comedy, News & Politics, Literature & Poetry, Society & Culture and Sports.
  • 02We built a "New on the boulevard" feed listing the latest episodes with show, date, duration and a play button.
  • 03We added a Premium membership that gives members early access to new Original episodes.
  • 04We placed App Store and Google Play download badges prominently in the hero section.
  • 05We designed bilingual typography that supports Gurmukhi and English side by side.
  • 06We built a "Submit your show" section so Panjabi creators can apply to join the platform.
  • 07We added sign-in, a privacy policy, terms of service and a self-serve account deletion page.
